Wellness & Living

Your data, in plain English.

We make Winter Arc, a free habit tracker, plus a few printables. We collect as little as we can. Here's exactly what happens.

The Winter Arc app

Everything you enter (habits, check-ins, your class & lift log, Sunday reset, and Money numbers) is stored only on your device, in your browser's local storage.
We have no accounts, no bank logins, no ads and no analytics or tracking scripts. Your app data is never sent to us.
If you clear your browser data or delete the app, your data goes too. Use More → Export backup to keep a copy.
Pass codes are checked on your device. Nothing is sent to us when you unlock.

Email signups

If you choose to sign up (for the free 14-day tracker and the weekly reset email), we store your email address, the time, where you signed up and the consent you gave. It's kept in private storage (Vercel Blob) that only we can access.
We use it only to send you the tracker and our newsletter. We never sell, rent or share your email.
Unsubscribe any time: use the link in any email or the unsubscribe page. We'll stop emailing you, and we'll delete your address if you ask.
When we start sending, we'll use an email delivery service to send on our behalf. It gets only what's needed to deliver the email.

We use a Pinterest integration only to post our own pins to our own Pinterest account.
It does not read, collect or store any data about Pinterest users, including people who view, save or click our pins.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We don't use these to identify you.

Purchases

If you buy the Winter Arc Pass or a printable, the sale happens on Gumroad or Etsy under their own privacy policies. We receive only what they share with sellers to deliver your order.

Children

Winter Arc isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
