What does "safe to spend" mean?
It's what's left for everyday spending this week (groceries, coffee, classes, fun) after your fixed bills and savings have quietly been set aside.
I'm paid every two weeks. How is that split?
Your paycheck is turned into a weekly amount (every 2 weeks = 26 paychecks a year, divided by 52 weeks). Monthly bills and savings are spread the same way, times 12, divided by 52.
What if the number is negative?
Then you're a little over this week. Nothing breaks: next week has it. The Winter Arc app rolls it over for you.
